Three things

Check your Grammar, "Meenwhile>Meanwhile" "Drown>Drawn"

that's just some of it, do not draw crusty stuff like that, use
the line too a but more or improve a bit in your drawing,
it was good, but it needed beter coloring, and more stiff lines.
i felt it was a little dark.

but it was a good story and the SoundFX were good.

You'll get the hang of it in a while...
